Welcome to Oletus Manor RP, an RP discord server with focus on a more casual, crack-focused kind of RP setting. However we do not shy away from the series’ more serious, darker themes either.
The general setting incorporates a mix of the in-game and stage play canon settings and more details can be found in the listed Carrd. This RP group welcomes a more headcanon-based take on the characters as we believe Identity V itself leaves tons of room for interpretation.This RP group is 18+ only. We would like to cultivate a more mature, relaxed environment for meeting new people to share our passion for the series and roleplay with. General rules
• We only allow members above the age of 18+.• Please claim a character through DM’ing the Twitter account. You will then be sent a DM back with the server invite.• Character or ship hate are strictly forbidden and any attempt at drama will not be tolerated. Incest and ships or NSFW involving minors isn’t allowed to be mentioned, even in NSFW or private channels.
Hunter/Survivor ships are welcomed and as stated previously, this isn’t the place for discourse over fictional content, no matter what.• Respecting other members including their roleplay always comes first, no matter what. Please consult a mod before backseat modding or causing an argument.
We do not condone harassment of anyone.• Keep discussions casual. This isn’t the place to discuss politics, heavily triggering topics or oversharing too much information.
In general no racism, homophobia, transphobia nor hate against any group of people, ever. Please contact the moderators immediately to voice your discomfort regarding another member or topic that is being discussed.Do not bring back discourse nor discuss certain individuals on the server. You’ll be asked to drop the conversation and the channel will be purged as a result of it.• We believe in immediate action. If you ever feel uncomfortable with anything anyone has said or done, immediately contact a mod. If you need something tagged or banned off the server for your comfort, do explain your situation to us in dms. We will adjust the rules and Carrd accordingly.• This is crack RP first and foremost. Of course you aren’t discouraged from writing angstier, more serious topics but the main RP will be kept casual and short.• Due to the nature of the source material violence and graphic descriptions of it may be written out in roleplay, however make sure to keep it tamer, light-hearted in public channels and casual settings. Outside of public channels such content is allowed to be roleplayed only with proper trigger warnings listing all triggers and content warnings at the top of the paragraph.
Common examples for graphic content include hunters toying with survivors during matches, choking/asphyxiation with harmful intent, excessive loss of blood, etc.If you think you can respect all these rules and keep them in mind as you roleplay, then we would love to welcome you to the Manor!
RP Setting
- This RP server follows the IDV stage play setting in which the survivors and hunters live in the two respective different manors but are free to visit each other and hang out around the public spaces such as a manor garden. Each survivor and hunter is assigned their personal room.- Occasionally the participants receive letters of their upcoming match, the matches play out such as their in-game counterparts.
The matches however have little stakes as eliminated survivors are revived by the time the match ends.- This server welcomes a free interpretation of your muse as the source material itself leaves a lot up to interpretation. As long as you can maintain the general vibe, working in as much of the known in-game lore into your muse, you are good to go.- The time period is unspecified but it's set around the late 19th century. However gifs, videos, memes and so on can be sent. Technology and modern themes won't be explicitly mentioned but can be joked about in a creative manner. Let your funny bone run free

Here's the current list of available/unavailable characters.*The characters affected by identity switch come in a pack together. It's up to the roleplayer how they handle them. The default is to switch between the identities at will.
